PORTLAND, Ore. — A Tigard woman made a very special delivery Wednesday morning along Highway 99. Erik and Jennifer Scharffenberg were rushing to the hospital, when she was ready to give birth. She did — in the front seat of the car. Jennifer said it took just five minutes to deliver little Sadie from start to finish. Luckily the couple had grabbed a diaper bag and a towel. Everyone was reported to be in great shape.
