Oregon Pink Glove Dance Video reaches 2.7 million hits

The Oregon-made Pink Glove Dance video has been a huge internet hit with recent features on ABC News and Fox News.   Last November,  Oregon Women’s Report featured a video by Portlander Emily Somers who was able to get 200 of St. Vincent Hospital (Portland) staff members do due a dance on their time off.   The video is a promotion for the pink gloves and fundraiser for breast cancer awareness.  The goal was to hit a million views and as of this week surpassed four million.   On the Fox news clip you can see how the pink glove hospital staff workers got back together at 4:00am in the morning to dance again so they could be on the national morning show in the background while the creators were interviewed.
