Here is the question that was asked. “Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’ wife, Virginia Thomas, recently left a home phone message with the woman , Anita Hill, who accused her husband of sexual harassment nearly 20 years ago in a high profile Senate hearing. In the phone message Thomas’ Wife asked her to apologize. Some see it as someone giving someone a chance to right a wrong and others see it as harassing someone who already has been harassed. Was this an appropriate action by Virginia Thomas?” 51% said no, 33% undecided and 16% said yes the call was appropriate.
– I can understand where she’s coming from but she’s puting herself at risk of being charged with harassment.
– Never have I heard of such call. Makes me wonder if other public figures ave made or get such a call.
– Not right on many counts.
– Not knowing the facts and who is right or wrong, hard to speak on it.
